
Cancellation/Late Arrival/No-Show policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation/late arrival/no-show or missed appointment leaves a hole in the Chiropodist’s day that could have been offered to another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment will be financially responsible for their missed appointment. This means that you will be charged for the full amount for the type of appointment that you scheduled. Payment must be received in full before another appointment is scheduled.

Running late: If you are running late and will be more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you must CANCEL your appointment. This would be considered a LATE CANCELLATION and is subject to the fee for the appointment booked if you wish to have the appointment rescheduled for a future date.

Surgical and Orthotics appointment: If you miss your surgical or orthotics appointment and wish to reschedule for a future date you will be financially responsible for 50% of the fee for these respective appointment types.
